He is also a published author, researcher, and the founder and visionary for The Mack Academy of Progressive Learning, an alternative online-based high school designed specifically for mature learners who are underserved and underprivileged in their communities.
The purpose of creating a sustainable American secondary education system is to provide relevant topics through a constructive and structural lens that engages and motivates students. In the 21st century, colleges and universities are changing because of internal controls and external environmental factors. Secondary education in the workforce is not emphasized as many jobs required general studies as a credential of qualification for employment. Baer et al. (2008) assert the importance of universities and colleges to understand the need for change in elementary and secondary education.
Learning environments that engage teachers to rely on information efficiently and genuinely are more apt to build immediate confidence in a schools’ ability to manage daily operations and infers a level of trust between school administration, students, parents, and the community of literacy.
